How do I get my computer serviced?
In Person:Bring the unit into our Technical Counter in Ashford,
Kent where it will be booked in following a discussion with a member of the POV
team.
Collect & Return: Contact our technical team on 01233 633333 or
sales@povonline.co.uk who will require details of the unit and will issue
a repair number. We will then arrange to collect your machine and re-deliver once
the service has been completed for a charge of £15

How long will it take?
We offer a fast track service which aims to turnaround systems within two working
days, customers will be notified of any previously unforeseen delays.
The standard repair service offers a turnaround time of ten working days. Again,
customers will be informed if an unavoidable delay occurs.
Systems with reported intermittent faults may require a longer diagnosis period.
We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays
What's the guarantee period?
All services are supplied with a 3 month return to base warranty.
The repair service warranty relates only to repeat faults. If, in the 3 month period,
the original fault replicates itself the machine may be returned for inspection.
Unrelated or unreported faults are not covered by the 3 month warranty
Please Note:
POV can not be held liable for any loss of data stored on any system or product
sent for testing. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that data is backed
up.
